16 Week Belly

I can hardly believe it's been a month already since I last posted a belly picture! But here we are, at 16 weeks, and growing strong. Thankfully morning sickness has officially said farewell. Now begins the joy of little kicks and turns within. So far, it's pretty inconsistent and subtle, but getting more frequent all the time. I'm still VERY tired by about 8:30pm each night and making frequent trips to the bathroom, but I'll take all of that over the nausia. I think I'll keep up the tradition of showing you my baby belly with each of the girls right along with this pregnancy for fun comparison. First, this baby:
Baby ______ at 16 weeks

Emma at 17 weeks

Chloe at 17 weeks

p.s. we'll be having "the big ultrasound" in just over three weeks! And yes, we're peekers, so if little baby cooperates, we'll have some gender news to share!

Happy Easter 2008!

He Has Risen!

Happy Easter

From our family to yours

(p.s. Chloe was a little grumpy on photo morning after a rough night of coughing. We'll try again closer to her second birthday.)

Amazing Story!

In case some of you haven't noticed the new link in my "Blog Sisters" column, you simply must check out Confessions of a CF Husband. He's the first guy to make my sisters blog roll, sorry Nate! If that makes you feel weird, lets just say Tricia is my sister. Such a beautiful story of how the Lord is working in and through the lives of this family. Their daughter Gwenyth was born at just 24 weeks, just like my nephew Tayden, but their story is even bigger. Gwenyth's mother, Tricia, has Cystic Fibrosis and is in the same hospital as her daughter awaiting a double lung transplant. Mother and daughter, both struggling for life, and Nate, an amazing father and husband, holding the hands and hearts of both of his girls through the journey. They have such amazing faith, you will be blessed by reading their story. Please pray for this family! And if you haven't already, make your wishes to be an organ doner clearly known to those you love. I promise I'll be posting more pictures soon.
Love, Sarah

Spirit is Deeper Than Flesh

I am excited to announce that my cousin, Phillip Long, has a new book out! Not only that, but he's created this amazing 3 Minute Creed video and has his book available for free, in a nifty virtual book format, on a very up-to-date website which he hopes will be used for evangelistic outreach. Thanks for allowing the Lord to speak through you Phillip, He has blessed you with such talent and passion!
Another one of his works that you are sure to love is, One Trick Pony. I couldn't put it down!
